‚Äč Easy Seated Pose - Sukhasana

  • Come to a comfortable seated pose 

  • Cross your legs

  • Align your head, neck, and spine

  • Lengthen your spine

  • Place your hands on your knees, palms facing up

  • Close your eyes

  • Come within

  • Connect with your breath

   Modifications:

  • Sit on a blanket or a block so your hips are higher than your knees
